Systek Technology is a proprietorship founded and led by Ananda Neogi, based in Gherabagan, Bandel, in the Hooghly district of West Bengal. We sit at the intersection of a very specific problem: India's land records are vast, old, and largely on paper — and they need to become digital, accurate, and searchable.
Rather than building generic office software, we focus exclusively on the tools that land records, survey, and acquisition teams actually use every day. That focus is why the LA SOFT product family has grown to over a dozen specialised applications, each born from a real workflow need.
